Here at the beach, Halloween can be a lot of fun, so we decided to compile some fun events for you to check out. From beach mazes, trunk or treats, costume parties, and parades, you'll surely find a fun activity for you and your family to enjoy!

Ocean City

FrontFear Town's Halloween Weekend - Fri Oct 06 2023 at 08:00 am to Sun Oct 08 2023 at 11:00 pm

There is nothing like Halloween at Frontier Town! Enter the Costume Contest and Site Decorating Contest for awesome prizes. Join us at the Golf Cart Parade for a fun ride around the campground. Crafts and games are sure to give the whole family a spooktacular time.

Octoberfest 

Halloween Beach Maze – October 19th – 22nd 2023 10am – 5pm

Wicked witches, pirates of the sand, scary

scarecrows, ghouls in the graveyard, zombies, and more await your

arrival.  People of all ages, from newborns to grandparents, will enjoy a pleasant scream as they meandered the sands of the giant, bigger and better than ever, beach maze! Be there if you dare!

Howl-O-Ween 2023 Costumes & Cocktails - October 27th 2023

Find a Costume and Reserve Your Tickets today! Tickets are $90 each and include: Buffet, Open Bar, Silent Auction & Live Entertainment by Full Circle Band at Seacrets, Ocean City, MD.

Proceeds benefit the Life Crisis Center’s programs in Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties. Our services are designed to help victims work through their situation and gain the resources and skills they need to live free from violence. We seek to empower victims to become survivors and we strive to give child victims part of their childhood back.

The Famous Seacrets - Halloween Party & Costume Contest 2023 – October 28th 2023

Enter if you dare…. This Halloween party is not one for the weak.

Show off your best costume and you could win a trip for 2 to JAMAICA! Plus CASH prizes for 2nd and 3rd place winners.

Judges will be walking around to select contestants. So arrive early!

Berlin

Berlin Trick or Treat – 31st of October 2023

The town shuts down from dusk to allow the little ghouls to trick or treat around the town of berlin and boy oh boy isn’t it fun! 

The Haunted Berlin Ghost Walk 

This 1.5 mile Ghost Walk of historic Berlin, Maryland will include enchanting places like the Atlantic Hotel where a little girl is still interacting with people in one of the guest rooms.  The Atlantic hotel has five ghost stories associated with it and still continues to have ghostly activity.

Berlin has many haunted sites including the Old Fish Shop, the Store of Crazy Characters, the former Odd Fellows Hall, the Maryland Wine Bar, the Pitts House and St. Paul’s Graveyard.

MEETING PLACE:  Meet 15 minutes before the start of the tour in front of the Atlantic Hotel on N. Main Street.

Annual Trunk or Treat at Roxana Volunteer Fire Company. We will have businesses with “trunks” giving out candy and goodies to all the kids. The Roxana Volunteer Fire Company will also be providing hot dogs, chips, and water. We will be collecting canned goods for our annual Thanksgiving Food Drive at the event as well!!!

Rehoboth hosts the renowned Sea Witch Festival every year, this Halloween parade brings in people from all over the east coast and beyond. Watch a fun filled costume parade, a dog parade, check out some frightful costumes, and be a part of some fun activities. Be sure to get there early as it gets very crowded. Kids usually trick or treat around the local businesses afterwards.

Lewes

Boos & Brews – October 27th  2023 7:00 pm until 10:00 pm

Lewes Historical Society, 110 Shipcarpenter Street, Lewes, DE 19975 

The Lewes Historical Society invites the public to celebrate All-Hallows-Eve at its outdoor event, Boos & Brews  on the evening of October 27th. 

Decorated for the haunted occasion, the evening will offer food by Bethany Blues, drink by Dogfish Head, and entertainment by the Hot Sauce Band. The event begins at 7 p.m. and the party will continue until 10 p.m. Revelers are encouraged to come in costume as they will be judged in the categories of Scariest, Most Historic, Most Original, and Best Group Costume.

Tickets are $50.00 per person, which includes music, food, two drink tickets, and an experience you won’t forget!  The event is scheduled to occur rain or shine. 

Proceeds from this event will benefit educational and preservation programs at the Lewes Historical Society. For more event details or for more information on the Lewes Historical Society, call 302-645-7670.
