Well speaking from my experience, there are numerous health advantages that might result from residing near the beach and some of them include:

1. Improved air quality: The air is typically fresher and more humid near the seaside, which can benefit allergies and respiratory conditions like asthma.

2. Lessened stress and anxiety: The soothing ambiance of the beach and the sound of the waves can calm the mind and body, lowering stress and anxiety.

3. More physical activity: Being close to the water offers chances to engage in sports like swimming, surfing, fishing, biking, or beach strolls, which can enhance general health and fitness.

4. Improved mental health: It has been demonstrated that being in nature—like living by the beach—can improve mental health by easing the symptoms of depression and elevating ones mood.

5. Vitamin D consumption: Being close to the water offers plenty of possibilities for sun exposure, which can aid the body in producing vitamin D, a nutrient crucial for bone health, immune system health, and other functions.

6. Skin and Body: The sea water contains a variety of biological stimulators that stimulate the entire body. The ocean is a natural anti-inflammatory as the liver, skin, and kidneys are able to remove toxins from the body more quickly, it’s the catalysts that boots the effectiveness of the hormone system and the function of the metabolism, some of those elements found in our oceans that help us with that are iodine, calcium, magnesium, salt and silicic acid, it can also help treat skin conditions including eczema and psoriasis. Anyone with rheumatism, arthritis, back or joint discomfort or tight muscles may also benefit greatly from it.

6. Better sleep: The ocean wind and wave sounds can help you have a better night's sleep, which will benefit your general health and wellbeing.
